Registration Information

There is a cost to attend the job fair. See below for pricing information as well as what's included with registration.

What's Included?

The registration fee includes a 10'X 10' exhibit booth, 6’ draped table, 2 chairs, signage and 2 lunch/refreshment tickets. A second exhibit booth may be purchased for an extra $200.

Cancellation Policy

This event will not be cancelled for any reason. No refunds will be given after February 1, 2019.

Businesses (For Profit)

Social Services, Arts, Education, Nonprofit, and Government Agencies

$185 before January 15
$310 after January 15

Interview Booths

A separate curtained 6 X 6 interview booth with a small table and 2 chairs may be reserved for $75 each. The interview area is in a separate room from the exhibit booths.

Scheduling Interviews

Employers are asked to schedule 30-minute interviews on the half-hour. This will help both employers and students avoid conflicts in their schedules.  Contact candidates directly if you are interested in interviewing them the day of the fair. Make sure you bring your interview schedule along with you. The interviewing area can be found inside of Exhibit Hall A.

Electricity

The charge for electricity is $120 per booth. Bring an extension cord to connect to the outlet.

Carpeting

10’ X 10’ carpet rental is $132 per booth. The exhibit hall has a concrete floor.

Lunch/Refreshment Tickets

Two lunch/refreshment tickets are included with each exhibit booth. Additional lunch/refreshment tickets may be ordered for $25 by updating your job fair registration. You can also order additional tickets onsite until 9:30 a.m. the day of the job fair paying by cash or credit card only.

Internet

There is complimentary WiFi at the job fair.

Schedule of Activities

Thursday, February 21, 2019

7:30 a.m.
- Employers arrive to set up booths. Each attending rep needs to check in at the employer check in desk just outside the exhibit hall. A continental breakfast is provided in the hospitality area (back of the exhibit hall) for all employers.
8:00 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.
- Aisle hosts will visit employer's booths with any job fair information changes or updates.
8:30 a.m.
- Doors open to registered students with disabilities.
9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
- Doors open to all registered students. Open session for students to visit exhibit booths.
- Students visit with employers in the exhibit booth area for either full-time employment or internships.
- Employers have the opportunity to identify candidates to interview. Employers that have reserved a private interview space can interview until 6 p.m. in the interviewing area. Interviews may also occur at the employer's exhibit booths until 2 p.m.
- It is the employer's responsibility to contact students to inform students of their interview time. It is the employer's responsibility to contact students directly to inform them of their interview time and location. For scheduling purposes, employers are asked to schedule 30-minute interviews on the half hour.
11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
- Lunch available for employers and staff
-Booths will remain open during lunch. Please arrange for staffing.
2:00 p.m.
- Open session ends and job fair exhibit area closes. Employers that have reserved private interview spaces can interview until 6 p.m. in the interviewing area.
5:30 p.m.
- Last interviews begin in interviewing area.
6:00 p.m.
- Interviews end and job fair ends.
