Digital Mass is looking for data-driven undergraduate students who we can show the Salesforce way. This will jumpstart your career with hands-on experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You'll have an opportunity to work on meaningful projects that make an impact, collaborate with experienced professionals, gain industry insights, and develop key skills that will set you apart. We seek motivated individuals eager to learn, take on challenges, and contribute to our success.

This program is a 12-week paid internship that provides functional learning working on robust and challenging project work, Executive and Senior leadership engagement, and exposure to Salesforce fundamentals. The program culminates with a report-out presentation to organization leaders. After successful completion of the program and depending on business needs, interns may have an opportunity to be hired on as full-time associates upon graduation.

Excellent problem-solving skills, effective communication abilities, and a strong desire to learn Salesforce are essential.

What You’ll Do:
- Program, test, and debug features on company projects as assigned; projects will focus on programming Salesforce.com custom components
- Expand your knowledge of technical and functional design requirements
- Design, code, test, and document technical solutions.
- Collaborate with Developers, Solutions Owners and QA Analysts
- Identify and document system deficiencies and recommend solutions
- Elevate project concerns to appropriate internal project sponsors
- Prioritize multiple tasks effectively

What You’ll Need:
- Must be enrolled in a degree program in one of the following: Computer Science, Software Development, Computer Engineering, or related field. Specifically seeking Junior and Senior-level students.
- Experience designing and writing software applications in Java and/or web technologies like JavaScript, CSS, HTML
- Foundational understanding of object-oriented programming methodologies

What Will Set You Apart:
- Object-oriented programming language experience (such as Java, C#, etc.)
- Database manipulation with a strong understanding of SQL
- Experience developing using modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, NextJS, jQuery, Salesforce Lightning Experience, etc.)
- Experience with front-end development tooling, including HTML and CSS
- Hands-on Salesforce experience in a professional environment
- Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies
-Proven ability to solve challenging problems and manage context-switching

Benefits and Perks:
Salary Range: $18-$25 per hour, depending on experience.

As an intern, you will be eligible for growth training and continuing education. Additional perks include a monthly parking stipend, mentorships, company-sponsored events, and complimentary snacks and beverages in the office.
